Program Evaluation

Our team provides rigorous and equity-centered program evaluation services that help our partners assess what works, for whom, and under what conditions. Drawing on expertise in implementation science, trauma-informed care, global mental health, and health equity, we partner with stakeholders to provide culturallyresponsive evaluations that support continuous learning, quality improvement, and sustainable systems change. The BETTER Collaborative helps translate these findings into actionable improvements for programs, policies, and systems.

Services include:

  • Evaluation planning including logic models, theories of change, and implementation frameworks

  • Process, outcome, and implementation evaluations to assess program fidelity, effectiveness, reach, and sustainability

  • Development of performance measures, indicators, and data collection tools aligned with program goals and funder requirements

  • Mixed-methods research using qualitative and quantitative approaches, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and document data analysis

  • Culturally responsive and equity-centered evaluation strategies that engage community members and stakeholders throughout the evaluation process

  • Data analysis, visualization, reporting, and dissemination to translate findings into actionable recommendations for decision-makers
